Mark Mcilquham

CEO | UK RETAIL

Having spent over 20 years as a partner at Deloitte working exclusively in the insurance sector and ultimately becoming CEO of the Financial Services Audit and Advisory Business
(which employed over 1000 people), Mark joined Acrisure in 2021 with a mandate to build a UK Retail platform from scratch.

In just two years, he has overseen 15 acquisitions and now leads 800 colleagues across the entirety of the UK having recently been elevated to CEO of Acrisure UK. Whilst continuing to grow out the Retail platform, his new role includes oversight the Wholesale, Reinsurance Corporate Advisory and divisions in the UK.

Katherine Cross

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer | UK Retail

Kat joined Acrisure UK Retail as Chief Financial Officer in February 2024, having previously worked for Tysers for over 20 years in a number of senior Finance roles.

Kat was CFO of the original Tysers firm when it sold to Integro in 2018 and subsequently became Deputy CFO of the enlarged organisation, seeing it through its sale from private equity ownership to new owners in 2022. Around the same time, Kat took on the role of Chief Risk and Compliance Officer until her departure in late 2023.

David Cramp

Chief Revenue Officer | UK Retail

Having spent over 20 years in the insurance sector, David joined Acrisure as Chief Revenue Officer for UK Retail with a clear focus on accelerating growth and strengthening the business. Prior to joining Acrisure, he was an Executive Director at Howden, where he played a key role in developing new revenue streams and client solutions.

In his current role, David leverages his deep market knowledge and extensive experience to drive growth within the rapidly expanding UK Retail platform, strengthening Acrisure’s position in the market.

Rob White

Chief Risk & Compliance Officer | UK Retail

Rob joined Acrisure in August 2025 to lead the Risk and Compliance function, with over 15 years’ experience spanning Insurance, Banking and Consulting.

He has held senior roles at regulated firms and was a trusted advisor on regulatory matters to insurers and intermediaries during his time at Deloitte. Prior to Acrisure, Rob was Chief Compliance Officer for the UK and Ireland at AXA.

In addition to his Risk and Compliance expertise, Rob brings significant Operations and Transformation experience from global firms such as RBS.

Simon Cooter

Non-Executive Director | UK Retail

Simon is a Director for Acrisure UK Retail, including acting as Chair for the Broking businesses. He is also Non-Executive Director of Sutton Winson Limited and Eleven Network.

He has more than 30 years’ experience in the UK general insurance market, having most recently worked as Commercial Lines and High Net Worth Director at Covea Insurance. Prior to that, he was Director of Market Management and Regional Operations at Brit Insurance and Small Business Director at RSA.

Keith Jackson

Non Executive Director | UK Retail

Keith is currently a Non-Executive Director of Acrisure UK Retail and chair of the Board Risk Committee. Keith was previously the Director of Supervision for General Insurance & Protection at the FCA.

Prior to this, he held a range of senior risk, compliance & audit roles within Aon, Aviva, Bupa and Towergate. Since retiring from full time employment, Keith and his family run a small sheep farm in the North Yorkshire Moors.
