Having spent over 20 years as a partner at Deloitte working exclusively in the insurance sector and ultimately becoming CEO of the Financial Services Audit and Advisory Business (which employed over 1000 people), Mark joined Acrisure in 2021 with a mandate to build a UK Retail platform from scratch.
In just two years, he has overseen 15 acquisitions and now leads 800 colleagues across the entirety of the UK having recently been elevated to CEO of Acrisure UK. Whilst continuing to grow out the Retail platform, his new role includes oversight the Wholesale, Reinsurance Corporate Advisory and divisions in the UK.
Kat was CFO of the original Tysers firm when it sold to Integro in 2018 and subsequently became Deputy CFO of the enlarged organisation, seeing it through its sale from private equity ownership to new owners in 2022. Around the same time, Kat took on the role of Chief Risk and Compliance Officer until her departure in late 2023.
In his current role, David leverages his deep market knowledge and extensive experience to drive growth within the rapidly expanding UK Retail platform, strengthening Acrisure’s position in the market.
Rob joined Acrisure in August 2025 to lead the Risk and Compliance function, with over 15 years’ experience spanning Insurance, Banking and Consulting.
He has held senior roles at regulated firms and was a trusted advisor on regulatory matters to insurers and intermediaries during his time at Deloitte. Prior to Acrisure, Rob was Chief Compliance Officer for the UK and Ireland at AXA.
In addition to his Risk and Compliance expertise, Rob brings significant Operations and Transformation experience from global firms such as RBS.
A senior insurance executive, Jeff has worked across underwriting, broking and MGA environments in both the UK and the US. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving operational efficiency and delivering strategic growth.
Now turning his focus to the Network space, Jeff leads the development of Acrisure UK Broking’s Northern Region while supporting the continued growth and success of Eleven Network and its partners.
He joined the firm in 1999, became a Director in 2005 and played a key role in the successful MBO in 2007. Prior to stepping into the Managing Director role, Mike served as Sales & Marketing Director, leading Russell Scanlan’s business development strategy.
Mike now acts as the Regional Director for Acrisure UK Broking in the Midlands and sits on the Board of Directors for Acrisure UK Broking’s subsidiary company, Building and Land Guarantees Ltd.
Yvonne now acts as Regional Director for Acrisure UK Broking’s Scottish Region. She has also contributed to the wider industry through roles with the IASG Young Professionals Committee, Women in Banking & Finance, and as Regional Chair for Broker Network in Scotland.

Rob was appointed Regional Managing Director for the South at Acrisure UK Broking in 2025. He brings over 25 years of leadership and people‑management experience across the general insurance market, with a proven track record in building high‑performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering both acquisition-led and organic growth.
